Does OnlinePharmacyCR possess a license to sell medicines?
YES, OnlinePharmacyCR is a real pharmacy located in Costa Rica (you can see our complete address on the Contact Us page). And we do have a license given by the Pharmaceutical College and the Ministry of Health of Costa Rica to sell every kind of medicine.
What is the shipping cost?
Our normal shipping cost is $25 (US Dollars) per order. That is to say, we charge $25 for the whole order, no matter how many products you have ordered. However combined weight of the order can’t exceed 500 grams.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
The delivery time is from 3-4 business days. Please take in consideration that we need 24 hours to process and pack your order.
What shipping company are you using to send my order?
We send our packages using TNT Express with a 5-7 business days delivery.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is sent, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number of the package. You will be able to see the status of the package on the web site: www.tnt.com
Is it safe to use my credit card with your company?
Yes, we have taken every precaution to make sure your transaction is secure. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized access. We are using COMODO SSL 128 bit Secure Certificates to protect your privacy. In addition our web site is scanned everyday by HackerSafe to assure that your information is completely secure.
Do you have more prescription drugs apart of the ones listed on the web site?
Yes, we do have more medicines in our pharmacy. If you are looking for a specific drug that you can’t find on our web site, please send us an e-mail with the name of the medication and we will tell you if we have it available.
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, you must notify us before the medication leave our pharmacy. To cancel your actual order you need to send an e-mail to:

If you didn’t receive your order in 15 days from the date it was shipped, please notify us sending an e-mail to: 
What happens if I need a refund?
For information on refunds, please contact us. Be sure to include your name, order number and a description of the problem and we'll get back to you with further details. Due to the nature of the products and current laws, Products are not returnable. All sales are final sales. The only way we refund money is if the product you receive is damaged by the Postal Service.
Is my personal information kept confidential?
Absolutely the personal information you give us will only be viewed by authorized employees of our company for the purpose of completing your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Are the medications you sell safe?
YES, the medications we sell are safe to use. All of our medicines were approved by the Ministry of Health of Costa Rica and are dispensed directly from our pharmacy.
